while this may reflect more my personal interests, how about adding an addendum at the end with latest stats on Vietnam....obviously these are going to be mostly financial and economic, ( societal would be nice as well ) but pulling important stats together in one place would be helpful. Start with half dozen key ones and let it evolve.
Michael, I would make less free overall and make an occasional paid post available for free and see how this affects both paid and unpaid readerships over time.
Thanks Bob - that's something I've considered. It's a difficult balance, as there is a school of thought which argues you should make your best material free - but some experimentation is definitely called for.
Understood! From my perspective, I was a free subscriber for a while as I remember. I donβt think I really knew the value of the paid posts but I think I ended up subscribing to support you. Perhaps others are in the same boat, which is why I suggest putting more pressure on free subscribers to convert by making less content available to them.
